Explore the anatomy and function of the psoas muscles and how they can play a role in affecting the body and mind as a whole. Learn a wide variety of tools and techniques to support the psoas and the nervous system. Through somatic awareness, experience deep healing practices that nourish on all levels.

Please bring a bolster, blanket, meditation cushion, notebook and light snacks. If you do not have these props some will be available to borrow. Blocks and straps will be provided.
