This workshop will help you to slow down, unwind and learn to truly support your health and well-being. Looking at the anatomy of relaxation, we will learn about the very important role the nervous system plays on the health of your mind and body. We will cultivate a wide variety of self care tools to nurture your nervous system so that you can experience more energy on a daily basis.
