Healthy joints are the foundation of a healthy mobile body and sustainable yoga practice. Learn and explore a variety of ways to build strength and support around your joints, while building mobility. We will look at a variety of yoga poses and adapt them to be more joint supportive. Learn assessment tools for your own body as well as for your students if you are a teacher.
