Chaturanga is practiced in most yoga classes and it is often the source of many yoga injuries in the shoulders, elbows and wrists when practiced with poor alignment. This playful and informative workshop will explore the anatomy of the shoulders and core and provide a wide variety of tools and techniques that will create a strong foundation of sustainable strength for your Chaturangas and for your life off the mat.
