Yoga & The Psoas

In this dynamic workshop, you will learn about this fascinating part of your body and how relaxed, functional psoas muscles relates to and improves everyday movement, back and neck pain, pelvic floor issues, sleep, posture, flexibility, digestion, immune, adrenal & hormonal function just to name a few. 

Yoga can be so good for our psoas muscles and also sometimes inadvertently create more stress on them. We will explore a variety of common yoga postures and how to adapt them to support your psoasmuscles. We will also experience a variety of other movements and restorative postures to release deeply held tension and stress along with important postural keys to align your body and support your spine.
