Our Whole Body Habits program is designed to meet you where you are, offering supportive and inclusive classes to explore movement at your own pace. The classes are on-demand so you can easily fit them into your schedule.

Research shows we need 30 minutes (at a minimum) of daily movement for health. When you move, you feel better in your joints, muscles and mental health, but the hardest part is doing it.

Getting creative. 5 classes, 15- 60 minutes. Now that you're in the rhythm of unrolling your mat and enjoying a consistent yoga practice, it's time to explore longer classes and creative movements. The goal of the week is to help you discover what you love. After all, the best movement habits are the ones you enjoy!

Whole Body Habits is for everyone. If you're looking to get back into a consistent yoga practice, if you want to unwind chronic aches and pains and move with love more often, enjoy spending a month building a healthy habit of time on your mat.

Are the classes live or on-demand?

All of the classes in the program are already recorded and waiting for you! To have the most success, we recommend take a minute each week to schedule in the classes on the days and times that work for you. Then when you're ready to do a class, all you have to do is press play. 

We have live classes as part of the membership that you are also welcome to attend. Once you've activated your membership, you can check out the upcoming live classes. It's always so fun to join our global community for the live classes on Zoom.
