If you've spent a lifetime in shoes that have a heel and lots of cushioning and want to get out of pain or start wearing barefoot or minimal shoes, this workshop will give you all the tools to transition smoothly. 

Barefoot or minimal shoes are a great way to keep your feet healthy and happy because they help support and encourage the natural shape and movement of your feet. 

But going from regular shoes to minimal shoes can actually create more pain in your feet if you haven't properly prepped your feet for the transition. 

In this workshop you'll learn:

  • How to transition into more minimal footwear
  • The connection between barefoot shoes and improved foot, leg, hip and lower back strength and stability. 
  • What are the best shoes to start.
  • What are the best shoes for the activities that you do (not all barefoot shoes work for all situations or all people!)
