You'll enjoy delightful movement practices that support healthy mobility for your joints, fascia and everything in between. And of course, our trademark creative and playful movements for a stronger mindbody connection.
It's not a workshop without deepening our knowledge of our amazing body, nervous system and movement. We'll explore what "moving with love" means for your joints, muscles and nervous system. This is your time to ask questions, and unleash your inner movement nerd!
The remainder of the workshop is all about wonderfully nourishing practices for your nervous system. You'll enjoy breathwork, soothing self-massage, and guided relaxation to feel deeply restored.
