Nov 20: From wired to rest

Join Astrid to find rest with lots of pillows!
If you’re tired & wired, it might be helpful to first start with some movement.
That is probably going to be easier to tolerate than a longer period of rest & stillness.
Exploring what our nervous system can feel like in the “rest and digest” state often takes time.
Especially if we’re feeling wired.
Let’s move slowly and give ourselves time to do a practice that involve lots of pillows, soft blankets and cosiness
