Are the classes live or on-demand?
All of the classes in the challenge are already recorded and waiting for you!
We have live classes as part of the membership that you are also welcome to attend. Once you've activated your membership, you can check out the upcoming live classes. It's always so fun to join our global community for the live classes on Zoom.
I wanted to find a yoga that was kinder to my body. My body just never fit into most yoga poses and I was constantly dealing with injuries which ruined the mindfulness/peaceful aspect of yoga for me! Now I listen to my body and embracing the movements that feel great and try to mix things up!

How do I earn entries?

Each week = 1 entry. Complete all 4 weeks? That’s 4 chances to win.
Can I start late?
Absolutely! It’s a level playing field—entries are earned week by week, so you can jump in anytime during May and still participate.
What prizes can I win?

Prize Rules
- Open to all active Heart + Bones Yoga members.
- Entries are earned through completing 3 classes per week—not through purchase.
- Prizes are not transferable to cash value.
- Winners will choose their prize in the order drawn.
- If a prize is declined, the next available option will be offered—no cash substitutions.
- Winners must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of being contacted.
- If not, a new winner will be selected.
- Draws will continue until all prizes are claimed.
- Winners’ first names may be shared publicly (unless requested otherwise).
