Small Shifts, Real Change
21 days to feel better in your body, without pressure, perfection, or big goals.
Most of us don’t need more discipline, we need approaches that respect our energy, nervous systems, and real lives. When movement is flexible, supportive, and responsive to real life, it’s easier to stay connected to it.
Small shifts, over time, create meaningful change.
Most wellness programs ask for too much, too fast.
This challenge is different.
We start January 19- February 7
How it Works:
Over 21 days, you choose what feels right:
- Choose any class inside the Heart + Bones Yoga Online studio, or
- One of the 7 Small Shifts classes we'll post each week, curated specifically for the challenge, or
- A day of rest, reflection, or gentle movement using the prompts provided.
Most practices are 10-20 minutes, and choice is built in, because sustainable change happens when you work with your nervous system, not against it.
No big goals.
No perfect streaks.
No falling behind.
Just press play and enjoy yoga and movement that your body loves.
What you offer is phenomenal. The diversity of choice in the classes is fantastic. The cues, guidance and knowledge really is peerless. I move confidently again, have stronger muscles, feel more flexible, have improved coordination and balance. And my head’s a lot calmer these days too.

This challenge is for you if:
- You want to move more consistently, but with more ease
- You’re tired of intense fitness programs
- You’ve fallen off routines before and want a kinder approach
- You want movement that supports your nervous system and joints
- You’re ready for small shifts instead of big pressure
This challenge is not:
- A bootcamp
- A weight-loss program
- A “no excuses” mindset
- A rigid schedule you have to keep up with
What happens after the 21 days?
- More consistency that actually feels easy
- Less tension
- More trust in your body
- A shift in how you relate to movement and begin doing short movement breaks more often during the day.
After 21 days, continue the monthly membership or upgrade to a yearly membership so your practice can simply exist for you all year long.
You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You just need a starting point that feels safe.
Small shifts can change everything.
