Week 3: Building Strength and Support

Strength for bone health, muscle, and confidence. Build consistency while learning how strength can feel supportive.

Week 4: Integration and Self-Trust

This week emphasizes self-trust, adaptability, and creating a movement practice that can evolve with you through this season and beyond.
