This 5-Day learning series is designed to deepen your understanding of anatomy in relation to yoga, sustainable movement, and teaching practices. You'll move AND learn all about anatomy and gain helpful tools and practices you can apply right away in your classes.

This isn't your usual anatomy education, it's all about learning through embodied movement, bringing theory to practice in easy and digestible ways. You'll have more tools and inspiration to apply to your teaching and sequences immediately.
You'll be surprised at what you learn in a short amount of time. Many teachers who take this series report back to us that they learn more in these lessons than they did in their entire anatomy section of their teacher training. Why? Because you're learning an approach to anatomy and movement that is simplified, logical and works for all bodies.

How it Works:
The 5-Day Yoga Teacher Anatomy Tools series arrives in your inbox with a video each day. You'll enjoy a variety of classes that teach you different aspects of anatomy through movement and insightful instruction.
The lessons are pre-recorded and between 20-30 minutes. You can do them as many times as you like!
We'll wrap up the series with a live Q+A with Brea Johnson where we can dive deeper into the concepts and answer any questions you may have. The live class is always super fun and informative with our fabulous global community.

Yoga Teachers! This series is designed with yoga teachers in mind, providing practical tips and tools to help you enhance your teaching and support your students better. Deepen your understanding of anatomy without the overwhelming commitment of long courses.
Not a yoga teacher? If you enjoy learning about your body in relation to yoga, there's plenty for you to discover in this 5-day series. With access to the online yoga studio, you'll have extra time to repeat classes as often as you like and explore more topics to support your personal yoga practice.
Dates:
The series runs from September 16- 27. You can sign up at any time during these dates.
Registration closes on September 28 and access to the videos ends October 7 to give you lots of time to enjoy the series.
