The Spring Reset is here to make your life easier, to reframe what a yoga practice looks like so that you can cultivate a new habit of prioritizing "little acts of love" for yourself each day.
How it Works
One class a day for 21 days. But you don't have to do an hour on your yoga mat each day! Depending on your mood, each day will look different.
Feeling too tired to get on your mat?
A 15 minute guided relaxation where you can snuggle and be cozy is the perfect class for you.
Have more time and energy?
Enjoy a 60 minute energizing mobility flow or sweat and strengthen with a 30 minute strength and cardio class.
Create new morning habits
Start your day off right with easygoing 20 minute classes for your hips and shoulders.
