Join Kat and play with balance!
Balance practice is good for your brain and body! It can support your coordination and increase proprioception. Feeling aligned and balanced, we can feel confident and energetic. It's a practice that invites us to be playful and to trust simple movements.
Let's play with balance for the whole body! Kat will lead you through a movement class where we wiggle, wobble and waver in different balancing shapes. It's not just standing on one leg; it's a mind-and-body posture and inner poise.
What to bring:
- block
- blanket
- a space where you can use a wall or a chair
- ease and openness :)
