Oct 10: Boundaries - Pilates Inspired Floor Class

This class is a Transversus abdominis (intrinsic core) and Glute Party to keep you feeling fluid, soft, supported, and strong!
All of this is floor work, so it can be a great way to strengthen when you feel tired, or a perfect way to start your day.
We work with the TVA, diaphragm, obliques, pelvic floor, adductors, glutes, and hamstrings.
This is one to repeat often, and the recording will be up on Heart and Bones shortly after the live session.
