You won't find a single crunch in this playful and creative class. Just smart, anatomy-informed movement that supports your spine, hips, and daily life.
This is functional core training that feels approachable, welcoming, and yes...even fun. Warning: There will lots of laughter and play as we explore functional ways to move our core.

- Coordination and brain-body training
- Sustainable, accessible movement
