Oct 19: Every part a story

A gentle exploratory session that invites you to explore the different parts of your mindbody. From the heart to the limbs that carry you, the lungs that breathe life, and the fascia that holds it all together.
Through creative writing, visualization and soothing touch, we will deepen our relationship with our physical selves and listen & tend to the stories they hold.
During this session you will :
Explore through a guided creative writing practice the voices of different body parts. You don’t need to be a creative writer to do this as you will be given various prompts to explore and create.
Rest in a spacious and intuitive visualisation to meet your parts. This is a long practice of rest & exploration.
And of course take part in a guided facial massage which is Ati’s favourite way to rest!
Things you need for the session:
Several blankets, pillows & cushions so that you can be super comfortable during the period of rest. You will also need face oil or cream which will provide enough slip and glide. Pens / paper but you can equally do this without.
