Join Heart + Bones resident strength coach, Amanda Ford, for a fun full-body class that will invigorate your whole system.

Begin with a playful dynamic warm up and move into a creative workout that will mix classic strength training moves with balance challenges and gentle jumping progressions.

This class is open to all physical abilities and Amanda will give you lots of options to adapt the class to meet your needs.
