May 28: Free up your breath
Movement and self massage to free up and create space around the diaphragm, ribs and lungs to make space for your breath.
We will then explore some expansive pranayama - breath techniques - to breathe into the whole lungs. Breathing fully and consciously can both increase energy and help us to calibrate our nervous systems, regulating between activity and rest. It can boost natural immunity and help our metabolism.
