Oct 26: Full Body Stability, Strength + Springiness

Join Heart + Bones resident strength coach, Amanda Ford, for a full-body fitness experience that energizes both body and mind.
We’ll begin with a playful, dynamic warm-up to wake up your joints, muscles, connective tissues and coordination. From there, we'll move into a creative workout blending classic strength training with balance challenges to keep you focused and engaged. Gentle jumping progressions will help build bone density, improve agility, and spark your energy.
You'll feel both challenged and supported from start to finish. Expect a variety of movement patterns that keep your body guessing and your mind curious. Amanda will offer plenty of options and variations, ensuring the class meets you exactly where you are today. By the end of class, you’ll leave feeling strong, balanced, and light on your feet. Come ready to move, play, and discover just how much your body can do.
