When you think of ease do you imagine serenity and calm?

Can you imagine your mindbody flowing into ease? Or does the idea of ease seem unimaginable or unattainable? What does ease mean to you?

Ease is defined as the absence of pain or effort, to make things less tight or forceful and to reduce pressure…

Join Atifa Ismailmiya-Balding for this luscious, nourishing class.

During this session you will:

  • Practice gentle release exercises which focus on parts of the mindbody that can often contribute to tension (such as head, heart, hips & hands). These will be guided by Ati and involve a longer face massage to release tension to create ease in the neck & facial muscles.
  • Be guided to ease with a longer muscle relaxation through an autogenic visualisation. Autogenic practise is simply using repetitive words which soothe the nervous system. In addition Ati has also recorded a 35 minute autogenic audio which you can find in the H&B library.

Please bring:

Several blankets, pillows & cushions so that you can be super comfortable during the period of rest. You will also need face oil or face cream.
