Enjoy the replay! Your homework for next week is to take one or two (or more!) classic "hip opening" poses and apply what we learned in the class to the poses. Explore as many different ways to add the shades of active and passive stretches to the pose. Have fun with it, experiment and remember that you can't do it wrong!
