Jun 25: Pride and Community
To celebrate Pride month and all of the ways LGBTQ+ community and culture enrich our lives, join Lou for this gentle and restful yoga practice, where they will share their rich experience in teaching yoga to LGBTQ+ communities.
This practice is for everyone, whether LGBTQ+ or ally, to explore what it is to feel supported, to feel connected, and to feel solidarity. The class will start with a chance to check in with yourself, move in a way that is caring, and then rest and dream up a world that celebrates the gifts and joys of queer and trans communities.

Bring along: Comfy items such as bolsters, cushions, blankets, eye pillows, or anything you like to use during restorative yoga postures.
