will be a fun, playful class where, even though we are working on
strength, you can always go at your own pace and find your own adventure.When

This class is accessible and adaptable, all bodies welcome.
Please bring:
Yoga blocks and/or kettlebells/dumbells. You may be invited to balance, so a stable chair would be useful.
