Sept 28: Supple and Strong Hips

Give your hips the attention they deserve in this focused class designed to build both mobility and strength. We’ll begin with mobility drills to release tension and restore freedom of movement. From there, we'll move into functional strength exercises that target the muscles surrounding the hips, including glutes, hamstrings, and core. You will also learn practical techniques to carry your newfound mobility and strength into everyday life.
Amanda will guide you through each exercise with clear cues and plenty of modifications, making this class accessible to all levels. You’ll leave feeling strong, fluid, and grounded from.
