Let's Meet in Person!

We are so excited to offer a weekend where our H+B teacher training alumni can gather, practice and play together in real life. Join Brea and Kat for a weekend of in-person smiles, learning and fun. 

Meet your other H+B friends and grads, make new friends and enjoy deepening your practice, integrating your learning and simply enjoy a weekend with your favourite community. 

What will we learn?

The weekend will blend workshops, Q+A's, practice, deep rest, and relaxation. 

Expand your practice and knowledge:

• Deeper exploration of action cues and poses
• Expand and refine your teaching skills
• Observe different bodies moving, and increase your body reading skills
• Time for questions and deeper discussions 
• Amplify what you learned in the course in a deeply embodied way

You won't be writing any tests :) This is a continuing education, exploratory and community-filled weekend to learn and connect with your H+B community of amazing humans!

Who Can Attend?

All of our Heart + Bones teacher training alumni! Whether you were part of our first cohort in 2018, current student, recent grad or haven't quite finished yet, everyone is welcome as long as you have registered for the teacher training at some point over the years.

Sunday, October 20

10:00am - 1:00pm 

There will be an hour for lunch on Saturday, no lunch on Sunday.

Cancellation Policy:

Full-refund 5 days before the workshop. No refund after that unless we can fill the spot from the waitlist. If the spot can't be filled, the payment can be applied to H+B online studio membership or H+B course credit.
