May 14: Winding Down to Better Sleep

Join Lou to prepare yourself for better sleep. This practice will include somatic movement, self-massage and restorative postures to settle you in for a good night's sleep, and help you develop your bedtime routine toolkit.

Bring along: your most supportive yoga props, like cushions, blankets, bolsters. You’re invited to bring a heated object, like a hot water bottle or wheat bag, as well as a soft scarf.
