Shoulder Mobility and Breath Connection
When your shoulders and chest have mobility, you breathe better. When you breathe better, your shoulders are more mobile.
In other words, the breath, shoulders and ribs are intricately connected. This lesson utilizes specific breathing techniques to increase the capacity of your lungs while intentionally mobilizing the upper back and shoulder area.
You'll feel like you can breathe more deeply, move your shoulders more freely while feeling relaxed and grounded.
PROPS: Yoga strap, scarf or belt. Blanket

1. How was the quality of your breath after doing the movements?
