The Better Sleep program helps you to create new sleep habits, feel more rested and have more energy during your day.
- 30-day progam combines daily movement and mindfulness classes—most around 20 minutes—so it’s easy to fit into a busy schedule. Each week focuses on a key area of the body, including the hips, shoulders, and spine, helping you build mobility, strength, and body awareness step by step.
- All classes are accessible to all bodies, with options for standing, sitting, and lying down. Through our signature Move + Learn approach, you’ll not only practice yoga—you’ll also gain a better understanding of how your body works.
- Enjoy a mix of movement classes and gentle mindfulness practices that help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and support your nervous system.
- Repeat the program as many times as you like for continued benefits.

I feel quite emotional. I have had shoulder pain since my 5 year old was a baby and have been looking and trying for something to help - where most exercises I’ve been given result in more pain and I have to stop and so the cycle continues.... but THIS!!!!
