How does it work?

For 15 days, we’ll send a reminder with a curated 15-minute class, one each day. You don’t need to search the studio, plan a routine or decide what kind of movement to do. Just open the email and get started!

The goal isn’t to complete a perfect streak. It’s to make starting easier and discover the kinds of movement you genuinely enjoy. If a suggested class isn’t right for you, choose something else from the full studio library.

The hardest part is unrolling your mat. We've got the rest.

FAQ

Miss a day?
Catch up anytime. Double up on a Saturday if you need to, nobody's grading this. The dashboard will also reflect the classes. The emails are simply an extra nudge for those that need them.

Do I need equipment?
Just your body and a little space. A mat, chair, or block helps in a few classes, but nothing is required to start.
