A note on the Spotify link. Ati likes to create music playlists for her sessions and suggests that you play music from a separate device. She will let everyone know when to press play. This will only work if you have a subscription to Spotify. If you don't have a subscription, please feel free to play something soothing for about one hour. This can equally be done without music so please don't worry at all.

Words from Ati:
Self-worth is the quiet knowing that you are enough, just as you are. It isn’t something you earn through perfection or achievement
it’s something you come home to. When you nurture your self-worth, you begin to treat yourself with kindness, trust your inner voice, and move through life with greater ease and authenticity. It’s takes practice and patience but trust me it works over time x
- This workshop is inclusive of all identities and life stages including (but not limited to) menopause, chronic fatigue, neurodivergence, stress, grief, and transition.
- Come as you are. That is enough.
