A session to gently guide the nervous system into softening

Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is begin again.

When life feels full, fast, or overwhelming, the nervous system doesn’t need more techniques, more effort, or more complexity. It often needs the opposite.

A return to the basics.

This session is an invitation to gently strip things back and reconnect with simple, foundational practices that support rest, regulation and ease.

Beginning again can be one of the kindest approaches we offer the body.
Because the nervous system responds not to pressure or performance but to safety, simplicity, and repetition.

In this session, we will explore:

Understanding the Nervous System
A simple, accessible look at how the body moves between activation and rest

Gentle Face Massage & Acupressure
Soothing touch points support the relaxation of the heart and lungs, encouraging a settling response in the body
(with options for no-touch, imagined or observational participation)

Deep Guided Relaxation (Autogenic Practice)
A longer, restorative practice that supports the body’s natural ability to shift into calm, balance and repair

Sustainable Ways to Rest
Simple, realistic practices you can return to in everyday life

This session is trauma-sensitive and choice-based.
You are always invited to move at your own pace, adapt practices, or simply listen.

No experience is needed.

Just a willingness to begin gently.
