Aug 5: Summer energy
Join Leo for a lovely summer class!
From a seasonal perspective, the summer has a very specific energy; of drawing to you what you need, action, meeting your needs, allowing yourself to receive, perhaps even noticing what comes to fruition. In this summer-themed class, we will explore how this energy might feel in the actual summer, but also within the 'summer' of your menstrual cycle, more active parts of your day and how to feel into this fullness. We will also play with the breath and how this relates to action, movement and fullness, feeling full of energy... and when to let go and release. Although this will be an energised and uplifting class, Leo will also offer adaptations and possibilities for all bodies, so come as you are.
Equipment: No particular equipment needed, but as always, you may like to have a block, blanket, cushion etc to hand for support.
