Sustainable Yoga Immersion

The Sustainable Yoga Immersion is our signature workshop. A two day workshop filled with in-depth information and practice to inspire, to learn and develop a sustainable approach to yoga. Designed for both yoga teachers and yogis who are looking to expand and update their practice and teaching.

Since the Sustainable Yoga Immersion, I have been playing with your four pillars of a sustainable practice. Having them as a framework really helps to keep my focus on exactly that - sustainability. The nice crisp and simple way you presented it is making me more confident to move in the direction I've chosen with my own practice and when I teach. In fact, the other day I was subbing a class and someone asked me at the end what kind of yoga that was, because it was so different and she loved it, I said "It's sustainable yoga" Thank you for that.
