Since the Sustainable Yoga Immersion, I have been playing with your four pillars of a sustainable practice. Having them as a framework really helps to keep my focus on exactly that - sustainability. The nice crisp and simple way you presented it is making me more confident to move in the direction I've chosen with my own practice and when I teach.
